The team that brought you Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats and Oliver! work their magic on this coming-of-age musical about growing up, family values and love.
 
Camden lad Joe Casey has his whole life ahead of him, but on his 16th birthday, whilst trying to impress new love Sarah, he makes a fateful decision that has far reaching consequences for everyone.
 
Featuring all of Madness' classic hits including Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love and Driving in My Car, Our House is a touching, high energy show with a heart-warming love story at its core.

Written by Kevin Fegan and directed by Joyce Branagh, The Ruck is an energetic story told with physical theatre and music.

Dive into a week long celebration of words, writing and wonder with Wakefield Lit Fest - Talking Loud and Saying Summat!
 
Beam and A Firm of Poets have put together an inspiring line up of poets and writers, including Linton Kwesi Johnson, Steve Ignorant and Edwyn Collins & Grace Maxwell at venues across Wakefield.
 
Events include poetry readings with The Merry West Collective and One Day After School, writing workshops with John Irving Clark and Matt Abbott and family fun with the Yorkshire Penguin Posse and local author and artist Claire Walker.
